EE finish successfully a new function of the inoculation device , which detect the grains quantity and the aim of the powder to the stream. This system is based in a vision technology, which consist in a camera and a computer that act as a sensor counting grains inside the iron stream and the direction of the grain against the stream. In combination with a new flow sensor, that will be release soon, will perform an accuracy unique in the market.
This new function will be able to update the existing system. Information will follow soon from your local dealer

EE launch a new pouring control based in vision, that complement the high end system based in 3D laser. In addition to the 3D laser of pourTech, we can offer in our portfolio the vision system developed by us. This system combine a good performance with an affordable price. The vision sensor calculate in real time (100 ms) the level of iron in the cup that transfer to the PLC control of the stopper. So the camera act as a sensor, while the regulation is based on a PLC.

EuroEquip has developed during the past years a new pouring system, specially designed for high speed DISA moulding machines. Running at more than 500 mould per hour with the new machines, it is virtually impossible to pour the weight of the cluster in a short time like 5,5 seconds. Comparing with other solutions, FASTpour is more simple, cheaper and effective.
